It’s the best time of the year for commerce and those who believe in making fools of others, particularly children. There is nothing magical about it as for many it is hard work, expensive, and it often comes with disasters of some description. So why is it so important that it has enough power to force people into debt, to encourage others to drink to excess, to see great tragedies played out, and to create untold misery for many?
In ancient times it was a celebration of the birth of the sun following its supposed death at winter solstice in the Northern Hemisphere. Decorating trees to make them appear to be bearing fruit when snow and ice brings misery is just a small part of it. Fiction writers supplied stories that have taken over people’s imagination as hundreds of thousands of Santa Clauses enact the idea that a funny man from the North Pole delivers presents to kids.
Children, on the other hand, are brainwashed into thinking this is real and that the man in the red suit will visit them with goodies. The reality, however, is that it’s all lies and those who engage in it are lying to their children.
Make-believe and lies go together and fancy tales of mystery and magic is but a start to a long life of continuing the errors over generations.
When the Catholic Church was established by Constantine in 325 AD he invented Jesus Christ as noted in Revelation 13:14: “And (he) deceived them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast: saying to them that dwell on the earth that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.”
That image was Jesus Christ and it is the product of the man titled 666 (Revelation 13:18). Every time the image is worshipped or this time of the year comes about the Spirit of the Universe (the only real God) retaliates and brings about disasters. One can see this in the massive cyclones, tsunamis, earth quakes, terrorist attacks, and so forth that occur around the date or that of other celebrated festivals.
To incorporate this popular festival to the sun the Vatican altered many things and changed it to the birthday of Jesus Christ. Mary, the original title of the sun from Babylon, became ‘merry’, and the Saturnalia became ‘Christ Mass’ and then ‘Christmas.’
“And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: But they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth: for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, said God.” Jeremiah 9:3
One should not wonder, therefore, why the end of days is approaching fast as the world sinks ever deeper into a quagmire of stupidity and evil acts.
“I will surely visit them, said God: there shall be no grapes on the vine, nor figs on the fig tree, and the leaf shall fade; and the things that I have given them shall pass away from them.” Jeremiah 8:13
