Authorities in the central province of Binh Dinh are looking for a new company to manage an eco-tourism complex near Quy Nhon in place of scandal-ridden FLC.
The Eo Gio project spreads over more than 17.3 hectares of land and nearly 4.3 hectares of sea in Nhon Ly Commune.
Built by FLC at a cost of VND1.6 trillion ($64.4 million), it has a six-star resort, an observation tower and a road running along the rocky mountain down to the coast.
Entry tickets cost VND25,000.
In August provincial authorities sacked FLC after its top management was indicted for stock market fraud.
Its top managers, including chairman Trinh Van Quyet, were arrested recently for allegedly manipulating the stock market.
Located on the Phuong Mai Peninsula, Eo Gio is surrounded by steep mountains and rocky beaches covered in green moss, and has become a popular tourist destination in recent years.
