Read This Before Posting.
Before reporting an issue please read the corresponding section in help/tutorials to see that you have understood standard processing.
Check whether the issue has already been discussed by using the search-function.
Please report everything needed to recreate the issue, namely:
- Write your post in French / English language
- List the exact processing steps needed to recreate the issue
- In case of error messages it is better to copy the text message into your post, instead of posting a screenshot, because the text in images cannot be found by the search function of this forum.
- Feel free to illustrate your problem by providing screenshots of the SNAP user interface, the data you are using or the results you generated.
- Provide files you are using, e.g. batch or python scripts, or the GPF graph files.
- Please name SNAP and Toolbox version, the operating system, and the amount of RAM
- Identify the relevant satellite products by giving the full name of the product
- Attaching the log file is also often helpful.
You can find the log file by selecting from the menu Forum / FAQs.
Make sure to reproduce the error first and then attach the messages file.
