Assistant Professor of Environmental Studies Aaron Strong and Emmett Orgass ’21 gave an invited presentation to the Pacific Coast Collaborative’s Ocean Acidification and Hypoxia Symposium in Portland, Oregon on Oct. 14.
The presentation titled “Communicating ocean acidification mitigation solutions” grew out of Orgass’s senior thesis project in Environmental Studies and was presented to leading ocean acidification scientists, state managers and representatives from the governor’s offices of Washington, Oregon, and California.
